I need to split large PDFs (up to 50 pages) into individual sheets. Can PDF 24 split into individual sheets automatically after a PDF is loaded into the program?

Automatically not, but manually. Richt click your file, select PDF24 in context menu and choose the split tool there. Process to split your file, one page per file.
