hi, I can't uninstall pdf24 creator because after uninstalling it via the control panel, it still appears in the taskbar!!

Hmm really? The installer normally uninstalls completely. Try to do a restart. Maybe there is a process, that blocks the removal of some files. A restart should help in such cases.
