Hello
I have some computers that when use the printer "PDF24 PDF" don't get the pdf24 assistant window.
They are on win7 and win10, our PDF24 Creator version is 8.8.2
I tried restart computer, restart service, restart application but nothing happens
Suggestions ?

Can you open the assistant manually via the launcher?
Do the print jobs remain in the print queue?

yes, you are right, another printed document was in the queue, once purged it started again to work 🙂
