We have a conditional access policy to block the USB drives on users' PC. During our tests, if I turn this policy on, the users can't use PDF 24. If I turn the policy off, then users are able to use it. I need to get the DeviceID and the GUid for each user and add them into the exception list, but I have a user having the event information section empty, and it doesn't show the DeviceID and guid for her PDF 24. How can I find the the DeviceID and the GUid for the user?
Any suggestions are very appreciated.
