Command line use of custom all user profiles

I have registered profiles for all users registering them under in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PDF24\Profiles\fo

Now I am invoking them through command line -profile "pdf24-DocTool.exe -applyProfile -profile "user/profileid". I know this will not work because profileid is not registered under user HKEY_Current_user but under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

I would like to know what substitute "user" in order to access this profileid.

Using the GUI it works fine for all system users
