I've been using the PDF Form editor to add editable fields to some PDF files and I really like it. The tool is easy and quick to use, however I ran into an issue when I saved my edited PDF file. When I opened up the file and added text to the fields I had created it disappeared whenever I tried to print. I ran the PDF through some analysis tools and I think I figured out that the "Print" flag isn't being set when the file is saved, therefore the fields show up and are editable but they disappear when the file is printed.
The print flag is bit 4 in the annotation flags property.
Love the tool, hope to see an update soon!

Please report any further issues. The tool is quite new. We've added a few things in the last few days that some users brought to our attention. Nevertheless, the current version is quite usable and will help many people.
