    Hi,
I very much liked pdf24 and used it for private needs on my previous computer which ran XP OS.
I moved to a newer Lenovo laptop which runs win 7 and installed pdf24 but it just can't laod any document, getting following error:

"An error occurred while creating a document.
    Reason:"

That's it. can't do anything beside opening the program... ๐Ÿ™
    Please help.. ๐Ÿ™„

    Hi,

please open the application, hit the F12 button to open the console and then try to load your file. Then you will get some information of the load process. Please copy and paste that here.

Hmm yes, I can't see anything except the initial info stuff. Can you use the PDF printer or can you print a file on the PDF24 PDF printer in order to see whether that part works?

If that works, try too save that printed file. If that doesn't work open the console before you save and send us the output.
