cant select text,despiteit was possible in source

hi

i have a pdf file in which you can select text https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bqS2ARL58TzNTyGbQgL0DmQ9byeKSPj4/view?usp=sharing

when I open it in pdf24 reader (i can select text) and print it through pdf24 creator, pdf24 Assistant opens-i click on "open pdf", so it opens  after I CANT select text - why? I would like to still select text.

But when i open it in Adobe reader DC and print it through pdf24 creator, after I CAN select text !

strange....could anyone help?
