password problem

Good morning, everyone,

I have a small problem with PDF24 creator :

When I save my document in secure mode (password required for opening) and I try to reopen it with PDF24 the program does not ask me for a password for opening and it displays me a blank sheet with the page number in the middle, if I open my document with ADOBE READER, my document is displayed well (after entering the correct password).

I reinstalled PDF 24 (2 times): still the same problem,
I made several attempts (in encrypt mode, not encrypt, by changing the name of the owner... : always the same problem,

I even tried to open it on another computer.... Same here.

I have windows seven pro, PDF 24 version 8.4.0, ADOBE READER version 11.0.0

Hello,

you can remove your password from the PDF file with the PDF24 online tool that you can find here:
https://tools.pdf24.org/en/unprotect-pdf

There you have to drop your secured PDF files and the password and then you can download the PDF files unsecured and that unsecured file can be used with the PDF24 Creator.
