PDF 24 Won't take Screen Grabs

I have always found it a very useful part of PDF 24 to be able to take user defined areas of a screen grab. However for some reason it started to refuse to do any screen grabs at all. As soon as I set it, the screen goes black and I have to Ctrl/Ault/delete to leave the program.

So, after uninstalling my last version I have now installed the Office latest version, but the same problem is still happening.

Anyone any answers please?

Hi,

two other users have reported the same issue but we currently don't know what the problem is. One of the users could solve the issue. He had two graphic cards activated and after he had disabled one of them the problem was fixed.

We monitor that issue and we hope that we will find a fix for that rarely occurring bug.

Hope an answer can be found soon. I only have one graphic card and it has been working fine. Very strange bug.
