PDF 24 WP Plugin and Subscribe2HTML email plug in

I am sucessfully using the WP Plug in on our site.

When a subscriber is emailed a new post using Subscribe2HTML the "Download as PDF" link appears at the bottom of the article in the email but clicking the link only takes the user to http://en.pdf24.org/ and not the usual dialog to download a PDF of the article. Is there any way of adapting the code so that the correct referrer is used when the link is embedded in an email?

Ah nevermind, I have put an ugly hack into Subscribe2HTML to str_replace the PDF24 link into a link back to the article on my site so they can download a pdf from there.
