PDF doesnt save - perpetually hung!

Hello all,

I use the PDF toolbox (Creator 10.0.12) updated to latest as on date, on Win 10 laptop x64 - its a new 16GB RAM 11th gen i7 which doesn't have many processes running presently.

I am never able to save PDFs opened on PDF24, or anything I am editing on PDF24.Only a perpetual 'hanging' state. See below image with the circular "save" loop. I have even left this on for an hour or so at times.

PDF sizes vary from few MBs to 10MBs with same results.

The parts of the toolbox that I have tried to use and save the file are:

1. Open with PDF24 to view
2. Edit PDF
3. Covert to PDF
4. Sign PDF

I have rebooted, shut other pdf products like Adobe, re-installed pdf24, with same results.

I am not trying to print here (should i stop the spooler), only save an edited file where I have added signatures.

Any help or guidance is appreciated.
