Some users have reported then there are problems with the MSI installation of version 11.12.0. We have analyzed this issue. The problem was that when updating via the MSI package, many files were missing from the jre subdirectory. As a result we changed the MSI package and added the property REINSTALLMODE=amus. This fixes the problem. We have uploaded the new and modified MSI package to the PDF24 download server. If you have problems with version 11.12.0 and if you have updated to version 11.12.0 via the MSI package, then you should re-download and re-install the MSI package of version 11.12.0. This will then fix the underlying problem.
