Create bookmarks using commandline

When manually merging files I can have bookmarks created based on the file name. (11.13.2)

I don't see to get this working using the commandline, am I doing something wrong? The files are merged with below command, but there are no bookmarks. I also tried removing "-profile none" and manually selecting each available profile on the popup but that has no difference.
