Try to drop a .doc and get an error report

error report reads:
could not set pdf24 printer to default!

Hi,

is the pdf24 creator available in your windows system? Try to manually set the pdf24 printer to the default printer and than retry dropping a document.

Dropping a .doc document requires an installed Microsoft Word. Without an installed word, auto conversion will fail.
