I downloaded PDF creator today and after playing around with it for a while, decided it was not for me. Then Word stopped working. I asked control panel to uninstall PDF24 and I got a message that said some elements had to be removed manually, after installing the main app. On trying to delete the PDF24 folder in programme files, I get an error message saying both files (dll files) are being used by another programme - this is one of the Windows 11 system 32 processes. I tried to copy this but it won't copy across. It mentioned something to do with runtime library, and I have been getting an error message about this on the system recently. Help
Word will not now open at all. This only started after I downloaded PDF24 today. It has been working fine. I'm using Windows 11 and MS 365
