Relative pictures should be displayed correctly now.
The pdf file names in emails have been changed from the name blog.pdf to Your_Blog_Name.pdf.

Other suggestions :
- add to the blog name the value of p (p=note number) or replace the name by name_blog & title.pdf without accent (it's better if a reader has got several files from the same blog)
- after a paragraph with marker "text-align: center", the next paragraph keeps centring. Put default alignment (left). Waiting improving I add a "text-align: left" each following paragraph ahead.
- place your input box under the note (and not under the marker
