Hi comunity,
we got an issue with the formatoptions.dll on several PC's and Terminalservers.
PC's mostly with Windows 10, Server mostly Server2008R2 or higher.
The installer is complaining that he is not able to move/rename/or install the formatoptions.dll
and cancels the installation.
Some systems got defender/windows security center, others awast running as virus-scanners.
Disabeling them doesnt change the issue.
Any ideas?

Try do uninstall die app, do a restart and then install again. Can be that the file is locked by a running process.
