PDF to text. Where on the PDF24 toolbox (on a PC) is this tool?

I am really grateful for the PDF24 toolbox. It is easy to use and powerful. Far better than Adobe.

But I need to convert a large number of bits of PDF pages to text.

How can I do this on my PC?
