Just use the the profile manager and there use the function at the bottom to save as a new profile. User profiles are then available via the user/ prefix e.g. "user/XXXX".

I think you can use the Split PDF tool and there use the halven pages mode. This splits the pages in the middle.

Seems that you have associated the file type with one of the PDF24 apps. You can change that via the open with context menu entry or via the default apps sections in Windows settings.

I think you can use a command/script that copies the file to the relevant directories. The printer settings have such a config option.
