Just use the the profile manager and there use the function at the bottom to save as a new profile. User profiles are then available via the user/ prefix e.g. "user/XXXX".

Seems that you have associated the file type with one of the PDF24 apps. You can change that via the open with context menu entry or via the default apps sections in Windows settings.

Hmm, I think we can do much in that case, if the OS is signaling, that the file is in use, then PDF24 can't write to that file. Can your colleges write to that shared file?
