Hello,
we would like to create a PDF from the EMF file using the PDF24 desktop application command line. After creating PDF is the quality of the resulting very low. If we use the same source EMF file and use an online conversion tool, the quality is great.
It may be a problem that a "raster" conversion instead of a "vector" is used in the desktop version? Or something else?

It depends what the printing application does. When the printing application prints on the PDF printer as a raster images, then PDF24 can not create a vector PDF. When the printing application prints as "vector", then PDF24 is able to create a vector PDF. It all depends on your printing application.
