Hi!
Screen Capture to Creator is really great, but it is a bit complicated to use. Click the small ^ symbol, right-click PDF24 icon, navigate 3 menu items, click.
A (configurable) hot-key would be great, like ctrl+p.
Or is there a command line I can execute to initiate a 'screen capture of user defined area to PDF Printer' ?
There is a command line to start the Screen Capture tool. Please have a look at the manual. There you can find a description of the command you need:
https://creator.pdf24.org/manual/10/#pdf24-doctoolexe
Basically you have to use the following command to start capture of user defined area:
pdf24-DocTool.exe -mode userDefinedArea -target clipboard "<screen>"
This command would start the screen capture tool and stores the captured image into the clipboard. There are several other options documented in the manual.
hi, I need help
where do I have to write those commands please if someone can help me I need to do this
Many thanks! I put that in a Screen2pdf.lnk file in my Windows Start-meny and configured a hotkey (Ctrl+Alt+key) to get a one-key-screencapture function.
