Use PDF24 creator 8.4.2 and now 8.6 .. on Windows 10 latest version. If the same PDF file looks different on two computers, that I would say that one of these computers have a problem and the problem is not the PDF file itself. I don't think that someone can solve your problem with the current information from your question.
I've check your log outputs, but there I can not see any problems. The outputs are all OK and there are not errors. It helps maybe if you recreate the PDFs by printing them on the PDF printer. This produces new PDFs that are compatible in any case.
Check the status messages in the debug console when you extract pages. Console can be opened by hitting F12. Then do something and then you will see some outputs in the console. This could help to identify problems.
