Our online tools has the better editor. The online tool to edit PDF files is located here:
https://tools.pdf24.org/en/edit-pdf
The PDF24 Creator can only work page-based and that means deleting, adding, moving, ... whole pages but you can not editor contents in a page. The online editor is a bit more powerful here.
