Hello!
We have user of your product that is having print issues: “plotting in PDF24. The background shows up light with a low resolution and it looks pixelated with zoomed in”

sorry for the late reply. Please first check the profile used when saving: the quality profiles reduce the resolution of images in the PDF (Good quality to 300 dpi, Medium quality to 150 dpi, Low quality to 96 dpi) and compress them more. "Best quality" keeps images at their original resolution. Choose it in the PDF24 Assistant when saving, or, if the printer saves automatically, under Settings > PDF Printer > Auto Save > Profile.
If the background is still light or pixelated with "Best quality", we would like to look at it. So that we can reproduce this, please send us a file where it happens with this button:
