    Good afternoon,
    We work in a Windows 2019 Server environment with remote desktop.
    We have the latest version of PDF24 installed (11.20.1).
    Only the administrator user can see the -for example- "option windows", "about program", "pdf24 compression", etc.
    In the rest of the users, letters or buttons do not appear, only certain words. I attach screenshots.
    We have tried installing old versions (up to 11.9) and the problem repeats itself.
    We have also tried granting administrator permissions to the users and the problem is not resolved.

    unfortunately your screenshots are no longer available on ibb.co. Does the problem still occur with the current version of PDF24 Creator? You can download it here: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/creator

    If it does, please tell us the Windows Server version and send us screenshots of the affected windows, once as administrator and once as a normal user. So that we can reproduce this, please send us the screenshots with this button:
