Where is the data stored when invoices or individual blocks are saved?
With the online tool, all data is stored in a database. The database itself is located locally on your computer in your web browser's profile. The database remains even if you delete cookies. However, if you create a new profile or reset your existing one, any saved data will be lost. PDF24 itself does not store any data in the cloud. The offline tool works similarly, as it uses an embedded browser for its user interface. The profile data for this embedded browser is typically located in the following directory: %LOCALAPPDATA%\PDF24\Webview2
The invoice generator includes a built-in data manager. Here, you can view, export, and import the data in the respective data storage locations. Exporting and importing all data is also possible. You should generally perform regular exports to back up your data.
