    Hello, I created a PDF_RSA printer on a Windows server that I configured to save to a network location for all users. It works well when I print from the server. But if I share this printer (Windows domain), the users who print to it get nothing. What did I forget to do?

    Yes, you have to use the "save with the following user" option or "save with the Windows Service".

    I tested by starting the PDF24 service with a domain account instead of local system and it works. Does this service work for all PDF24 printers that we create?

    "save with the following user" and "Save with Windows Service" options are available if you start the settings as administrator. Each printer service has such an option and you have to configure each printer service.
