How do I fill out a PDF form online
My medical provider has a PDF intake form online. I need to download it and fill out the fields (then print or fax it). How do I do this?
If you want to fill out a form directly in your Browser, just use this tool: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/fill-pdf
Alternatively, you can use PDF24 Reader of the PDF24 Toolbox, to fill out a PDF offline.
