The Halve PDF pages function is very useful to me. However, I cannot find it in the offline toolbox. As I live in China mainland, the online tools is always unable to download my PDF file after. I hope it may be added in the Toolbox.
This feature is already available there, this is an option of the Split Tool. Just open the split tool, load your PDF file and choose the "Halve pages" option there.
