How do i save the compare results when i compare 2 PDF files?

One possibility is to select the output and print or save the selection to a PDF.

a late answer for everyone who finds this topic: the comparison result can now be saved directly in the tool: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/compare-pdf
When the comparison has finished, click Export in the toolbar and choose the format:
- Annotated PDF: the revised PDF with the changes marked
- Side-by-side report (PDF)
- Change list (CSV) or Change list (TXT)
- Current view (PNG)
The comparison and the export run in your browser, the files are not uploaded.
