PDF-A - informations of the file

Sorry for my bad english, but I will try to explain my problem
I use PDF24 and do PDF-A with it. The problem stay in the fact that the information, like Author, title used in the profile is not took, like with a standard PDF (V1.X). The information took the window user name instead. I preciase that I work under a user profile and not an admin profile. The product used is the desktop vesion, not the cloud one (http).

How can I correct that, without printing in PDF V1.X and then transform it to PDF-A?
