PDF24 doesn´t work

Hello,

when I want to combine a PDF and then click on download, the following error message appears.

Where exactly do I have to accept the cookies?

I have already done this on the normal website...
Does anyone have any other ideas?

How exactly do you do it? Please describe step by step what you do.

I opened the pdf24 toolbox and clicked on merge pdf.

I added 2 pdf and tried to download it

Can you please merge files again and send me the URL that you see in the screenshot above to forum@pdf24.org? After the error message, please send it right away so I can take a look at the log data, which is only available for a short time. It is strange that you see this error message and I would like to investigate.
