I was able to use PDF24, but recently my docs are not converting from WORD to PDF. Instead, the docs are converting to Chrome HTML. I've uninstalled and reinstalled PDF24, still the same issue. Please help, thanks!
Do you mean the icon in Windows Explorer? You can change the default application for the PDF files type in Windows and this changes the icon. The icon comes from the default application. If Chrome is used as default application for PDF files, then the chrome icon is shown in Windows explorer. If you install PDF24 Creator, then you can use the PDF24 Reader as default app for Windows and then you will get the PDF icon from PDF24.
