Hello. Although I don't understand the name and location of the file, the Windows error code indicates that the file cannot be located (whether due to a charset error, character limit, file corruption, or something else). It doesn't seem to be PDF24 itself. Try opening the document using a browser (such as Edge) and see if it opens. If you use OneDrive synchronization, open the file in your account and check if it is OK. Finally, rename and/or move this file to a folder closer to the root (C:\1, for example).

    Hello,

thank you, andrebrazil. The message in the screenshot comes from Windows: it cannot find the file under this path, for example because the file was moved, renamed or deleted, or because the Desktop folder is synchronised with OneDrive.

    Please try this:

    1. Open the PDF24 Reader from the Start menu.
    2. Click "Open" and select the file on the Desktop.

If the file opens this way, the path that was used before was no longer valid. If the PDF24 Reader does not open any PDF file at all, please tell us your PDF24 version and how you open the files (double-click, recently opened list, another program), and we will look into it.
