    Thanks for your advise. So sorry for my mistake.

    Now, the problem solved by reboot / kill the pdf24.exe manually and run by current logon user.

    Summarize:
    After the installation, the "pdf24.exe" will be run automatically with install user privilege. That cause the current non-administrator user can not see the correspond directory.
