WHEN I use screen capture to use " user defined area"  it doesn't show the scanned or user defined area in the printer i dont see the picture or defined area that i chose  all i see is " no preview...

When i right clicked the pdf24 icon in taskbar and selected screen capture and tried to print  i used to see the printable page , but for some strange reason all i am getting now is " No Preview Available...
