Default safe file location

Hello,

I use PDF24 private, for my hobby and as a volunteer helping people with energy transition.
Even having set the default location to save a file received by mail or having downloaded from internet to my standard second drive for data storage, the presented download location keeps going to the c:/users/<myname>/documenten location (I am Dutch 🙂
Is this as designed, or is this a glitch in the software.
What I would like is that when I receive a PDF by mail or when I download a PDF file and PDF reader or creator opens it, that when wanting to save it, it goes to this by me in settings defined location.
