I would like to propose a very useful feature for PDF24 Creator handling PDF documents, in compliance with file upload limits on some web-based systems, namely: [create pdfs from the user's predefined size choice? or "split-by-size" a previously saved pdf?]
Thanks for this opportunity!
Hello Fredd and PDF24 team,
First of all, thank you for the excellent PDF24 tools. I use PDF24 daily and appreciate how many PDF operations are available offline and free of charge.
I would like to request an enhancement to the Windows Explorer shell integration.
Current workflow
For common tasks such as:
- Convert PDF to Word
- Add Watermark
the current workflow is quite long:
- Open PDF24 Launcher (or Toolbox)
- Open File Tools
- Open PDF24 Toolbox
- Select "Convert PDF to..." or "Add Watermark"
- Drag and drop the file
- Select the output format
- Process the file
While this works, it requires many clicks for operations that users often perform repeatedly.
Suggested improvement
Please consider adding frequently used tools directly to the Windows Explorer context menu:

PDF24 >
Convert PDF to Word
Add Watermark

This would allow users to perform common actions directly from a PDF file without opening multiple intermediate windows.
Launcher enhancement
A similar "Favorites" section in the PDF24 Launcher would also be very useful. Users could pin their most frequently used tools and avoid navigating through File Tools and Toolbox every time. Or right click on a PDF file and be automatically pre-loaded for any file operation I choose.
Benefit
This would significantly improve productivity for users who process many PDFs every day and would make PDF24 feel even more integrated into the Windows workflow.
Thank you for considering this feature request.
Best regards,
André Ribeiro
