PDF24 Creator opens and closes quickly keeping the system tray icon up and running when printing from banking applications.
When the computer is restarted the problem is resolved.
When a new printout is made through banking applications, the same problem occurs again.
As a workaround, when PDF24 Creator is opened before printing, the job enters the PDF24 Creator production queue and it is possible to manipulate and generate the PDF file without having to restart the machine.
The PDF24 version was successfully updated to the latest available version 11.17.0 but the problem still persists.
Could anyone please help us with this unusual behavior of PDF24?
