Placeholders in the template

What placeholders are supported in the template

Hi,
I would like to know what kind of placeholders (like {title} or {url}) are supported in the template.

I need to add custom fields to the created PDF.

By the way, is that on the code or the info are send in the plugin form and then converted in your servers?
