When creating PDF-files all users can choose from the following profiles:
- low quality
- average quality
- good quality
- best quality
I would like to add a new profile which all users can use, for example "concept".
Do I need to take this action on every computer of the user?
Or is it possible to add the new profile only once under the rights as administrator and then all users can see the new profile?

If you have create a profile for one user, you can find it here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PDF24\Profiles\fo\XXXX
You can then export and import it to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PDF24\Profiles\fo\XXXX
This makes it available to all users.
