Using Organise followed by Page Numbers

Hi all

if I start with File A,

and rotate various pages using Organise and save it as File B

then open this file in Page Numbers, and add page numbers and save it as File C.

When I open File C the page numbering is good, but the pages are not rotated, just like File A.

Is this a bug or should I be doing something differently. ?
