Who is used PDF24 Fax Service

Are in Indonesia area can use PDF24 Fax Service?

I will try to use but it dont working

I would like send an fax from Indonesia, I put international code and area code. But, PDF24 Fax Service cannot send it.

I was appear +622174864721 and +62/21/72864721, but is not works for 2 format number.
