3.0 and 3.3 not showing preview.

    With 2.8 and previous versions, the program worked beautifully. After the 2.9 and 3.X upgrades, I cannot see the files at all. I can't see it as a preview or when I drag the files and merge them together.

    Any thoughts?

    In which environment do you run the program?
    Which windows version?

    I think there is something wrong with the environment of the program.

    Do anyone else have this problem?

    Windows 7. It appears many are having the same issue. The 2.8.1 worked beautifully on my same computer. Perhaps you can make that version available for download and not require upgrade when using the program.
