Additional Components fee

Clause 1.4 Also in the future the existing functions of the PDFDrucker shall remain free of charge. However,
pdf24.org reserves the right to integrate additional components to the program which might be subject to
fees.

Is the user given notification before a fee would be incurred for use of the additional components?

Clause 1.5 The PDFDrucker is provided only for the use and distribution in the area of the European Union.

Is any action taken against users who are outside of the EU?

Hi,

if the user wants to use a component of the software which is not free, then he has to explicitly agree to it. Furthermore we would have to ask for some more information we would need from that user (payment and such things).

The European Union point is for our safety because we don't know exactly whether we violate legal rights outside the EU. That very difficult to find out for every country.

We do not take any actions against users outside the EU.
