Uploaded files are enlarged to full page size (8.5x11) in the PDF

When I upload and file it keeps changing to the full single page size. Why?

When I upload and file it keeps changing to the full single page size. I need the files in a PDF format which will KEEP the files the same size not alter or change them into a full page size.

Please use the PDF24 Creator instead. There you can set the correct the paper size.

Turn off Word, then go to
Control Panel/Devices and printers/(right click on PDF24)Printing preferences/Advanced/Paper size - A3.

A new version of the PDF24 Creator will be released in a few days and that version contains some changes which improves the parts regarding the paper sizes and orientation.

I had a similar problem. My computer was set as US imperial measurements. Try: File/options/advanced  then uncheck 'scale content' for A4 or 8.5 page size.

Hello,

for today's readers: when you convert images to PDF, you can choose the page size. Set "Page size" to "Use DPI", then each page gets the size of the image (calculated from its pixel size and the DPI value) instead of a full A4 or Letter page.
