Branding the pop-up

I would like to improve the experience for users by creating a branded pop-up screen that prompts them to download or email the pdf , in place of the standard one they see now. This could be something I may be prepared to buy.

If this is not possible I would like someone to take a little time to make the pop-up more attractive - its very dull and does not do the product justice in my opinion.

Otherwise a very useful plug-in - thank you.

No this is not what I am after. I simply want the option for the pop-up window to be styled.
