If you combine 2 pdfs with a Comment that has red color, it's symbol vanishes. you can try to catch the symbol by clicking at the position, where you expect it to be. then you can reassign a color to it.
if you use the yellow color instead, the symbol is becoming lighter and lighter when combining with other pdfs repeatedly until it also vanishes.
