Hi,
I have one computer where I get an error whe I use the option convert PDF to Word (.docx), also fails in Excel and Powerpoint
The error says: "No results have been produced"
I haver several other computer where this works perfect (with the same exact PDF) but this one fails. I have tried uninstalling, delete al registry entries, install an older version... no luck. Always the same error.
Any clues why this is happening?

Won’t post my solution unless someone really need it since I‘ve had to mess around with integrated jre folder and it has fixed my problem (convert to .docx) but it may broke something else.

Same problem here.
I understand that the problem is related to the java installation then from what you say?
Can you share how you solved it please?
Many thanks.

2024-07-02 at 12:05 #63533victorbParticipantIt has worked perfectly!
Thank you very much!
2024-08-20 at 16:21 #63587Stefan ZieglerKeymasterPlease send such a Word file to forum@pdf24.org so that we can investigate further. If there is an issue, then we can fix it permanently.
2024-08-21 at 08:00 #63594badtasteParticipantStefan, in my case the problem was not the Word file itself, because in my computer the same file worked perfectly, but in one particular computer it always failed to convert not matter what file used (not only word, also failed to convert excel and powerpoint files).
It started working when I replaced jre folder (as noted above).

It might be related to the version of Office or some problem with file permissions on that specific computer. One thing that worked for me was checking for any pending Windows updates. Sometimes, after updates, features like this start working again. Another tip: try running the Office repair tool through the Control Panel.

I have a similar issue. Check the screenshot below.
The version is - PDF24 Creator 11.20.1
I was able to convert the docx file with Libre Writer and then was able to manipulate it with PDF24.
Can you fix it?
I sent the docx file to your e-mail.
